Job Title: Director of Public Relations at a Zoo

Description: Serve as the official spokesperson of the zoo and manage all media relations activities. Manage zoo's website, Facebook & Twitter pages. Serve as the editor of the member magazine and handle government relations work on behalf of the zoo. Respond to customer complaints and work with the convention and visitor's bureau on tourism initiatives. Assist with event planning and orchestrate small events.
